fino a farlo appassire<\/li>\n<li>tritare finemente le erbette<\/li>\n<li>eliminare la crosta dal pan carre<\/li>\n<li>bagnare il pane con il latte<\/li>\n<li>mischiare il tuorlo con la carne<\/li>\n<li>aggiungere lo scalogno<\/li>\n<li>strizzare il pan carre e aggiungerlo all&#8217;impasto<\/li>\n<li>aggiungere tutte le spezie<\/li>\n<li>mischiare per bene<\/li>\n<li>dividere l&#8217;impasto in 4 parti uguali<\/li>\n<li>preparare gli hamburger<\/li>\n<li>congelarli per qualche ora<\/li>\n<li>cuocere gli hamburger in padella, in una bistecchiera o fuori sulla griglia per ca. 10 min. ancora congelati<\/li>\n<li>preparare i panini con insalata, pomodori a fette, cetriolini a fettine, formaggio fuso in fette, cipolle, bacon croccante,\u00a0ketchup, senape, mayonese,
