Solitamente noi usiamo pomodori e zucchine, ma in un&#8217;occasione &#8220;vegetariana&#8221; abbiamo preso anche 1 peperone rosso e 1 giallo. Ottima ricetta!<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>accendere il forno ventilato 180\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>mettere 20 g di cous cous per persona \u00a0in una ciotolina<\/li>\n<li>aggiungere\u00a0la medesima quantit\u00e0\u00a0di acqua bollente<\/li>\n<li>aggiungere 1 C di olio (ev. piccante)<\/li>\n<li>coprire la ciotolina<\/li>\n<li>intanto svuotare i pomodori e le zucchine<\/li>\n<li>tagliare a pezzettini\u00a0i coperchi del\u00a0pomodoro e delle zucchine<\/li>\n<li>aggiungere i pezzettini nel cous cous e mischiare<\/li>\n<li>salare un po&#8217; le barchette di zucchine e l&#8217;involucro di pomodoro<\/li>\n<li>aggiungere il composto di cous cous<\/li>\n<li>spolverare con un po&#8217; di pane grattugiato (o formaggio grattugiato)<\/li>\n<li>infornare per 20 min.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"metaslider-id-4386\" style=\"max-width: 480px;
