Mettete sul fuoco una padella con poco olio di semi e fate prendere calore.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Versate le uova nella padella e lasciate rapprendere per qualche secondo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rompete le uova con un mestolo di legno come per farle strapazzate, in questo modo si velocizzer\u00e0 la cottura e non prenderanno troppo colore.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scaldate un wok con dell&#8217;olio di semi, unite i cipollotti, i piselli, il riso e mescolate il tutto.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A questo punto incorporate la salsa di soia, un pizzico di sale, il prosciutto cotto e le uova;
