Rifacendole le taglieremmo in tondi le melanzane e prenderemmo le zucchine tonde.<br \/>\nLasciar appassire sia melanzane che zucchine in forno. Tolte dal forno alzare la temperatura a 210\u00b0.<br \/>\nTalgiare a cubettini piccoli i pomodorini, lasciarli scolare un po&#8217;, per perdere l&#8217;acqua. Una volta raffreddate zucchine e melanzane, adagiarvi sopra pomodorini\u00a0(ev. aggiungere sale)\u00a0e mozzarelline. Rompere in pezzettini il pane in cassetta, e saltare con un filo di olio all&#8217;aglio o saltare con dell&#8217;olio e aggiungere uno spicchio d&#8217;aglio.
