Se volete usare la bacca di vaniglia, tagliarla per la lunghezza, togliere i semini e metterla a scaldare con il latte. Aggiungere i semini al latte.<br \/>\nMettere i tuorli in una ciotola e montarli con lo zucchero (aggiungere qui la bustina di vaniglina se siete pigri come noi) . Amalagamare per bene e aggiungere la farina e la fecola.<br \/>\nNon \u00e8 necessario montare ma bisogna avere un composto senza grumi<br \/>\nUna volta che si ottiene un impasto omogeneo mettere sul fuoco e aggiungere il latte a filo, pian piano, rimestando e facendo sciogliere il composto di uova e zucchero. Aggiunto tutto il latte, cuocere pian piano (ca. 90-100\u00b0) fino ad ottenere la consistenza desiderata.
