Queste dosi sono sufficienti per 4 millefoglie di parmigiana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tagliare le melanzane a fette di circa 1,5 cm e rosolarle in una padella antiaderente con un filo di olio, avendo cura di aggiungere il sale solo alla fine per non favorire la fuoriuscita di liquido in modo da ottenere una grigliatura omogenea. Toglierele dalla padella e mettere su una teglia foderata da carta forno.<br \/>\nLavare e condire i pomodorini con sale, olio e pepe, adagiarli sulla stessa teglia delle melanzane senza farle toccare\u00a0fra di loro, far cuocere in forno\u00a0per 20 minuti ca. (il tempo di preparare il resto).<br \/>\nTagliare i pomodori\u00a0carnosi dello stesso spessore della melanzana e metterli a scolare su carta assorbente, passarlo nell&#8217;uovo salato pepato e con un pizzico di organo\u00a0e nel pane grattugiato.<br \/>\nFriggere in abbondante olio di semi, una volta cotti scolarli su un foglio di carta assorbente e\u00a0metterli da parte.<br \/>\nPrendere la mozzarelle e tagliate dello stesso spessore delle verdure e far scolare il latte su della carta assorbente.<br \/>\nTogliere i pomodorini dal forno e frullarli con abbondante basilico.<br \/>\nComporre il piatto iniziando da una fetta di pomodoro fritto, mozzarella e melanzana,\u00a0ripetendo il passaggio per fare un&#8217;altro strato.<br \/>\nMettere la crema di pomodoro intorno alla parmigiana e buon appetito.<\/p>\n<div id=\"metaslider-id-2417\" style=\"max-width: 480px;
