Aggiungere un pizzico di sale agli albumi e montali a neve, poi aggiungili al composto precedentemente preparato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Scaldare una padella antiaderente su fuoco medio e versare al centro della padella un poco del composto, formando una frittella di 10 cm circa.
