Buono veramente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Procedimento:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mondare e lavare\u00a0 i broccoli. Tagliare a rondelle i porri mondati. Lessare in abbondante acqua salata i broccoli e le patate pelate per 5-6 minuti o cuocete al vapore\u00a0tenendoli piuttosto al dente. Scaldare una padella con l&#8217;olio e far appassire i porri con l&#8217;aglio. Dopo una decina di minuti, spolverizzare con la farina, mescolare e far leggermente tostare. Bagnare a filo con il latte e mescolare finche il composto sar\u00e0 diventato cremoso. Salare e pepare, aggiungere i broccoli scolati, le patate e il vino. Coprire e cuocere per una decina di minuti finche il fondo di cottura sar\u00e0 ridotto a una salsa morbida.
