Far soffriggere in una padella antiaderente il soffritto. Tagliare il pollo a pezzettini e aggiungerlo al soffritto. Aggiungere 85 gr. di orzo perlato, 0.5 dl di acqua bollente e\u00a0un cubetto di brodo di pollo. Far cuocere a fuoco lento per 90 min. A met\u00e0 cottura aggiungere un po&#8217; di polvere di peperoncino, 2 gocce di tabasco e un po&#8217; di cannella o spezie secondo il proprio gusto.
