Risultato: molto buono.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Procedimento:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se avete la possibilit\u00e0, scaldate i piatti mentre cucinate.<br \/>\nVersare il cous cous in una ciotola e ricoprire con la medesima quantit\u00e0 di acqua. Mescolare e aggiungere un cucchiaio d&#8217;olio e un pizzico di sale. Il cous cous dovr\u00e0 riposare per circa\u00a05 minuti. Nel frattempo tagliare a pezzettini il porro e il pollo.\u00a0Far saltare in padella il pollo con\u00a0un cucchiaino d&#8217;olio. Quando il pollo risulta rosolato aggiungere il porro. Aggiungere un goccio d&#8217;acqua e lasciar cuocere. Speziare con le spezie che pi\u00f9 vi piacciono. Noi abbiamo messo un po&#8217; di peperoncino in polvere, qualche goccia di tabasco e della noce moscata.
