Raffreddare per bene la verdura prima di utilizzarla. Pi\u00f9 gli ingredienti sono freddi, meglio verr\u00e0 la vostra tempura.<\/p>\n<p>Accendere la friggitrice a 190\u00b0. Accendere il forno a 80\u00b0-100\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diluire la farina con dell&#8217;acqua ghiacciata, ev. gasata. Aggiungere anche qualche cubetto di ghiaccio per tenerla bene in temperatura (un paio di cubetti, non di pi\u00f9, altrimenti sciogliendosi\u00a0cambia la consistenza dell&#8217;impasto).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Passare inizialmente\u00a0la verdura nella pastella e immergere nella friggitrice, un po&#8217; alla volta. Appena la pastella prendere forma e colore togliere dall&#8217;olio e lasciare asciugare su della carta cucina. Mettere in forno x mantenere temperatura e croccantezza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prima di passare il pollo, aggiungete qualche spezia nell&#8217;impasto. A noi con il pollo piace molto la paprika forte.\u00a0 Immergere per bene il pollo e lasciar friggere. Il pollo ci metter\u00e0 un po&#8217; di pi\u00f9 delle verdure a cuocere.
